Career College of California’s mission is to help job seekers and career changers build brighter futures. We enable graduates of our programs to secure employment in careers with good long term growth prospects by providing high quality job-skills training, life-skills workshops, and intensive, individualized placement assistance. While we cannot guarantee employment, we do everything in our power to provide our students with the skills, knowledge and support they need to succeed.
Our philosophy is that that every one of our students has what it takes to achieve their goals and that our job is to help them realize their potential. We do this by striving for excellence in the areas that we believe will have the biggest impact on our students’ success.
- We provide high-quality training in skills that are in demand among employers: our programs are based on extensive feedback from industry employers;
- Our instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and utilize a variety of teaching methods in small classes: we achieve success for students with many different learning styles and paces.
- We provide workshops and training in life-skills in addition to job-skills: we want you to succeed at work and in the rest of your life.
- Our placement assistance is intensive, individualized, begins early and continues throughout our programs to graduation and beyond: we help our students get the job of their dreams by thoroughly preparing them for their job search and communicating with them frequently to provide guidance and encouragement.
